ENGL 1020 MB 2L Expository Writing II Krisciunas 3CR 2/13/2012 thru 5/10/2012This course introduces students to the major genres and conventions associated with literature. It may include fiction, poetry, drama, and memoir. By employing critical reading/thinking skills and analytical and creative writing skills, students will understand literature more fully. The course exposes students to a range of authors representing a variety of cultural and ethnic backgrounds. The expository essay will be emphasized as the mode of written discourse. Prerequisite: ENGL 1010.
